Show your support for Spiller for Governor at NJEA Convention!
Sean’s passion for public education, his commitment to justice and his determination to build a brighter future for all New Jersey residents has earned him NJEA’s endorsement and support as he campaigns to be New Jersey’s next governor!
NJEA Convention is full of ways that you can show your support for this historic campaign to put an educator in the New Jersey State House. Below are a few ways that you can get involved, meet Sean, and get together with your fellow members to join the Spiller for Governor movement:
At Registration
Be sure to grab yourself an “I Stand With Spiller” t-shirt in the registration area at Convention. These shirts are first-come, first-served, so don’t miss out! Look for a table in the Atrium Registration area and on the 2nd floor where shirts are being distributed. While you’re there, pick up some materials, learn more about Sean’s campaign, and join the team!
Thursday, Nov. 7
Join us on the Convention floor for a meet-and-greet with Sean from 4:30 - 6 p.m. in the Park Area (rear-right of the Convention floor). Refreshments will be served, but remember you’ll need your convention badge to get in.
Friday, Nov. 8
On the last day of convention, we’ll be holding a march down NJEA Main Street, culminating in an outdoor rally (weather permitting). Meet at the Members of Color Network booth in the Park Area of the Convention floor wearing your “I Stand With Spiller” shirt, where we will begin the march at 12:30 p.m.
