All members will pick up their badges at the Atlantic City Convention Center on the second floor upon arrival. Your NJEA Convention badge is one of the best benefits of your NJEA membership—you get it because you’re a member. Nonmembers pay as much as $150 to attend the convention.

So how do I get my convention admission badge?

All you’ll need is your NJEA membership card. With it you’ll scan the QR code at any kiosk and your badge will be printed. You can also use the mobile electronic version of your membership card, found on the “My NJEA/Profile” section of njea.org on your mobile device, or use the image in the email you’ll receive from NJEA in the week preceding the convention.

What if I don’t have my membership card?

New members who aren’t yet in the NJEA membership system, or members with expired membership cards, will be able to talk with staff from NJEA’s membership processing office at the convention center to ensure NJEA’s records are accurate before they obtain their badge.

If you are already in NJEA’s membership system, a photo ID is sufficient for staff to verify your membership in the membership system and print your badge.

If you are a new member who has not yet been processed through the membership system, bring a copy of your membership application or a pay stub showing your dues deduction.

Registered NJEA members may request guest badges by showing their convention badge at the Guest Badge Kiosk located near the registration area on the second floor of the convention center.
